Elevate your career in Santa Maria, California, as a Senior Signage Design Engineer, where you are key in transforming conceptual designs into production and permit-ready plan sets, ensuring top-tier signage solutions.
What We're Looking For:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or equivalent CAD software.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Suite.
- Ability to work overtime as needed.
- Experience or education in signage, manufacturing, project management, or construction management.
Your Role:
- Lead the design phase of our projects, transforming architectural plans and sales orders into compelling signage designs.
- Follow a structured process from initial design drawings to installation and closeout, ensuring a smooth project flow.
- Guarantee error-free delivery of projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members, maintaining professionalism at all times.
- Manage multiple projects at different stages of completion, staying organized and self-motivated.
Compensation: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
